Confirmed: Sam Dekker still out. Everyone else available. Decided to give this one a watch tonight and my first question was "why are the Lions be introduced on by the Undertaker Wrestler theme tune?" Seems like one of the oddest things I have seen in basketball. |

Canaria are very good but Lions guards don't look up to it. Nelson is ok but that's about it. They could really use a top class 1 and 2

I watched the second half on Euroleague.TV but sort of wish I hadn’t! Actually that’s a bit unfair, it was Q3 where the hole was dug that was ultimately too big to get out of, Q4 was much more competitive again. But all too late to be worth anything.
On the positive, Lions are still 8th in their group, enough to qualify for the play-offs, but it’s still really early and they’ll have to improve to hold onto that position (or better) come March.

Similar result to the first game and a benchmark of where London Lions are. Gran Canaria are one of the best teams in EuroCup. It will be interesting to see how Lions do in the home fixture against this team.

Wembley Arena tomorrow night… and in the latest photo posted on Twitter I can see Sam Dekker kitted up and practicing with the team, so maybe a return tomorrow night?

for those of us not in the London area - anyone know if you can record a bt red button program on VM and if so how? (coach on a tuesday night so cant watch live)
Looked at the schedule and all 5 BT channels on VM are showing champions league games
