Good start for the Mohawks…86-50.. Tees Valley Mohawks made they mark on the league with a comfortable victory over Nottingham Wildcats. Dan Kelsey earned MVP with 7 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Great team Effort with Jake Butler scoring 19 points, Cam Johnson 12 points and Lewis Butler 11 points. Everyone got on the score sheet with a great team effort today. Coach Butler says “ it was nice to get off to a fast start and control the tempo, Nottingham were a fast team but we controlled the game well, the crowd were fantastic for both games today, it’s good to get off to winning start.” #proudtobeamohawk

Well done on your good start. I see Loughboro 2's won again, so a 3 way tie at the top of D3Midlands right now.

From the article, and FB posts from the COB Chairman, a very reputable person of high integrity, it seems that BE do not consider D2 to be a professional league, so will not give the approval needed for a working visa.

Another good win for COB Rockets last night.
A question for Tony, how long after a gae is the deadline for clubs reporting their results to BE?
I see the results for all but two D2 games have been uploaded, the outstanding results were from the earliest startimes!

COB keep their 100% record with their 6th win of the season.
Good to see that the Loughboro Riders team in D3 also stay unbeated after defeating Coventry.
Looking at the scores so far this season, it does seem that some clubs are not playing in the right division for their ability, perhaps it's time for a revision of the clubs in each division?

I saw a ridiculous 60 point win at Hemel last night. I really think Division one needs attention. Every game this far has been an uncompetitive blowout. The only good team I have seen is Nottingham. I'd rather have 8 teams competing and playing each other more than what has.been seen so far. It's not good for anyone.

7 teams in Division 3 north only us (Mohawks) lions and Calderdale that are any good, Sheffield elite academy normally get better as the season progresses.

There are, almost certainly, clubs in D2, and likewise some in D3 are stronger than D2 clubs.
I'd suggest that both COB Rockets and Worcester Wolves would be competitive in D1, and Clubs like TV Mohawks and Loughboro Riders 2 would be better placed in D2.
There are several clubs who have lost every game, by significant margins, that are obviously playing at a level that is too high for their ability.
I would suggest that the time is right for a restructuring of the national league, with clubs reallocated to the "Correct" level, based on playing ability, and the structure of the clubs organisation.
(Having a club official who regularly breached the BE code of conduct, would be a major negative factor :-) )
