my daughter plays in midlands conference u16 girls - which next season includes Norwich, Norfolk and Cambridge. That sucks for them

Mohawks have signed 6 players so far from last season plus 2 u18s are stepping up plus this new player…
Tees Valley Mohawks are proud to announce the signing of Niall Murphy for their 23/24 Men’s divison 3 North
Niall played for Cheshire Phoenix U18 before moving to York to study and play BUCS div 2 where he averaged a team high 20 points per game.
Coach Butler says “ Niall is a fantastic player and his work rate is amazing, he is a great defender but also can run the point and has a consistent three point shot, he can drive and get to the basket and has a good basketball IQ, this is a great addition to the roster.”

Mohawks opening fixture is against Charnwood Riders on sept 30th who have moved from the midlands league to the north due to Doncaster Eagles 2 dropping out of the league already! 🙄

What do you think about the proposed structure for the 24-25 season Tony? I like it as in the past there has been some confusion over promotion, the new conference leagues will give smaller clubs a chance to grow and progress, hopefully us Mohawks will be promoted to the second division this season! |

Yes I agree, it looks a bit more clear. Wonder why they aren't introducing it for this season though - seems odd to announce the changes over a year ahead!

Basically a reintroduction of d4 with a different name. I like it, will force those putting a d3 squad in just to tick box a development checklist to actually invest and work hard outside of their first team. Still thibk we need to go undefeated this year though to go up
