Neighbour is playing through injury at the moment which is why he's not right, with both Darius and Tahj being injured early season he's pushed through. The 3 spot is where Eagles are particularly weak at the moment, we need Whitfield's shooting but his general play is nowhere near BBL level yet, and we need JWHs defence but his offense is weak. Throw a Jamell or Maceo Jack type into that 3 spot and the team is singing IMO. Playing the three guards together to make up for the above isn't working as only JJ can shoot the 3 reliably, too easy to defend.

Waste of time signing tbh, we don’t have a reliable 3 point shooter and the execution down the stretch of games is embarrassing, what on earth is the plan makes you wonder

Rebounding is going to be crucial imo. We have to defend our basket better. If we can play offence like we did against Flyers then I am confident of a good showing. You did defend the basket well, some impressive performances on the riders side mate |

Defoe ineffective and fouled out. THAT was a fantastic victory. Errors in defence plus some crazy turnovers with risky passes BUT the team showed what they can do in offence, despite terrible 3 point shooting in the first half. Cannot see any of the newbies going home. Love this team. Jordan Johnson is one heck of a player for Eagles. Not great for Steutel - again. I thought eagles 3 point shooting was terrible, what was the stats comparison in the game? |
