Decent all round stats in limited minutes, should earn him more time with Detroit unless he's just covering for someone injured who's coming back any day now. But its more about what he does in practice that coaches will notice. If he can make a contribution and they feel confident putting him out there with the 2nd unit, he'll get kept on.

Woj reporting that Tosan has signed a two way contract with the Pistons. Excellent news!

I know they got beat but in the Detriot vs Celtics game Tosan scored 11 points in 18 minutes of game play. Against top of the Eastern Conference Boston Celtics I say that is some pretty good stats.

Wow that us really good sign things are going well for him in the NBA. It's a pity the game ain't on UK TV as it would be great to see a Detriot game featuring a Brit on TV. Having said that i suppose with Detriot scrapping the Eastern Conference that's probably why they decide not to show it which I sort of understand.

On a related note, there was a good piece on Jeremy Sochan during the BBC's NBA coverage on Sunday night. He also hinted he might be getting involved in something British basketball related when he has some time after this season has ended.

Jokes aside its good to see any NBA player taking a vasted interest in our league. Maybe he might buy Plymouth or Manchester?

Unlikely, he has national team duty for Poland in the Olympic qualifiers!

Yeah it's unlikely Detroit will be on TV now with their season essentially over, but for any fringe player to go from the G league to starting for an nba team is excellent progress. Monty Williams must be high on him so he's a chance of landing a full contract for next season in the summer.

Unlikely, he has national team duty for Poland in the Olympic qualifiers! I was just stating what he said himself. Which personably I didn't interpret as him playing for or buying a British basketball team, I think he meant just getting involved in British basketball more generally somehow during his quieter time over the summer.

Tosan certainly seems to be making the most of the woes in the Pistons medical room - another 3omin plus game last night and almost a double double, against a high flying Celtics 14pts 8reb in 30:41min

After withdrawing from last years draft and returning to Trento in serie A, Quinn Ellis has entered the 2024 NBA draft and has kept his name in it. The last mock draft I saw, he was around the 80 mark (so likely to go undrafted) but had received some positive feedback from his tryouts so maybe a sleeper for a second round pick?
