The long term fans who've not had a lot to shout about recently will have absolutely loved the comeback and the result
Made even more sweeter with it being against Riders
The Eagles fans fully deserve nights like that for their loyalty and unflinching support tbh

Just a bad day at the office IRF? Riders aren't the force they were with Geno. Simple as that. How many times have we attempted to replace him already? Rob will keep giving it his all to win a trophy in the playoffs but I kind of think he's fighting a lost cause tbh |

Rob will keep giving it his all to win a trophy in the playoffs but I kind of think he's fighting a lost cause tbh I noticed a lot of unrest from the riders bench and it seems to translate into court, mckenzie lost all his composure in the second half and seemed distracted |

Due to the delay in tip and Menzies pulling the hoop down I had to leave at half time, typical 😂 Although Eagles were actually doing ok (despite being down big) I did not see the comeback on the cards. Fair play to Eagles in the second half, moved the ball far better and getting something out of Kennedy makes a big difference. French is an absolute monster and had one of his best games, he seems to play far better against traditional bigs than against undersized BBL bigs and looks to be getting better at defending without fouling every game.

And I appertciate the Riders fans accepting we had their number last night. Although I imagine they will get their vegence tommorow. I think last night was a great performance from us but probably a bad night for Leicester. Despite Londons dominance I reckon come playoff time they could still be beaten come the final. After all Giants gave them a decent battle last night which showed this. I reckon if this Eagles team last night shows us and London are tired from Europe then maybe we could push them close. However I will save judgement until I see tommorows game. |

To quote my mate Gary, Riders were "beyond awful", but Eagles were pretty decent.
