Have to watch this one online, sadly as I can't be at the arena. Really would love this to be competitive but we'd need a full strength roster to challenge Lions. Whelan back? I'd like to see him playing but there's been no news regarding that, has there?

I'm predicting a Flyers win although we did run them close afew weeks ago. As for the other game Lions are good but with some of the disruption and changes I think Leicester have a good chance to beat them.

Is there any news on if Whelan or Washington will play?

London v Leicester could be a critical game in deciding who's ultimatley going to win the league. Not only are there important points to win/lose here, but a win for London tonight will give them the h2h too. I'm expecting both teams to bring their A game. And it's in front of the Sky Sports camera's too. Should be a good one.

I am really looking forward to this. But Lions haven’t announced their team yet. Their social media has been very quiet.

Eagles played lovely slick ball and solid defence until they got a 17 point lead. Then they imploded. I've no idea why. Bristol just kept chipping away and fully deserved the victory.

No surprise £ions win so that’s the cup ,league, and probably the playoffs unless they decide they don’t want it like the trophy

Yeah Lions were really good tonight. Really really good. It's essentially where we stand. Lions can be without 40% of their starting line up and win away at the 2nd/3rd best team by 25 without really breaking sweat. They can put 100 on the board against anyone. Unless it's a trophy game and they don't want to.

Well I don't know whether we should call be ourselves Newcastle or Bouncy Castle after that game tonight! I genuinely thought we were going to steal it but then ended up putting on a master class on "how to lose a game in 15 minutes!"
I mean fair play to Bristol but similar to Sheffield the other week they didn't exactly play well tonight either. Delpeche especially had a right stinker but the Eagles after being almost 20 points ahead in the 2nd half completely let that one slip.
It looked bad at the very start of the game when Flyers had about 5 offensive rebounds and Stetuel had to then shout "box out" to the point the officials almost considered giving him a T. And throughout the game Darius aswell kept having to shout "Box out" as well. It was like they turned up but weren't ready to play despite having 2 weeks off.
And I will say this although he didn't get off the bench last week. I do find it a little funny how again Ben Mockford was all kitted up as if he could be subbed on for GB. But for the Eagles tonight he was back to tracksuit and chill?
I think asides from the pre game entrance and entertainment not alot has improved compared to last season. And I think Marc as much as I wanted him to take the job. I think now his job could sadly be on the line come the end of the season.
I really cannot wait for Leicester to come to town next week.🙄

Must win for Newcastle. 0% confidence. Prediction correct unfortunately. Eagles had the game won but then imploded. Not clever.

Pretty sick of watching this Eagles team now. Season end can't come soon enough. Definitely has to be a case of clearing out AGAIN for next season and starting afresh. I would probably only keep French, Defoe and Hamlet. We must be the only team in the league who has a PG who barely breaks double figures. 5 points and 7 assists is pathetic. Gordon has been very underwhelming since coming back and had a stinker tonight.
Couldn't even close that one out tonight even with Bristol being woeful from the line. We're done and won't get anywhere near Sharks in 8th.

Have to agree about this season ending sooner the better, Cohn has just been a major disappointment and it’s really hurting the rest of the team, meanwhile Mockford might as well be on strike, and Kennedy and Ubiaro stink the place out

I thought Kennedy did OK last night, at least he made a couple threes and looked engaged. How we've managed to turn him from a 40%+ three point shooter in to someone who is scared to shoot the ball completely baffles me. Ubiaro gives us zero when we have the ball and then makes mistakes defensively.
At least Mockford can have the odd decent game. What annoys me more is that he was suited and appeared to train with GB, how come the club that pays his salary are the ones to lose out? Hate the way we play second fiddle to a GB program no one gives a toss about. Steutel could've had 2 weeks working with the players but instead probably had 3-4 days. Obviously we knew this when we signed the coach, which is one of the many reasons I was against it.
To be fair, I don't think it was lack of effort or gameplan that cost us last night. We just don't have the players to beat teams like Bristol, even with them playing poorly last night.

Where’s Kennedy been for 3 months though, he’s been abysmal when he actually started the season half decent , Ubiaro looks lost, any Plymouth fans thoughts on him?
