Bit of juicy goss for you I’ve heard on the inside… the BBL haven’t (yet) approved the new investors and/or the signings they’ve made, and as such they’re not official or sanctioned by the league despite being announced by giants.
It’s an interesting situation.

The BBL Show is on Spotify as well which is how I have been following the news. Vince interview was interesting and he certainly sounds like he's ready to accept a new challenge. It was interesting what he said about Fletch saying he was almost considering retirement or going off over to Australia. |

A post popped up on my Facebook feed from Manchester Giants saying they are holding some BBL trials.
Seems similar to what I saw the Raiders do a few seasons back.
Although at the moment all I see is someone tagging their mates in it for a laugh.

I see that BBL have now put up coach, rahmon and Dirk. Interesting to see what other names are already signed up and whether the trials are just to fill the last bench places or Vince has major problems getting team together.

Aren't trials a chance for Vince to supplement his wages? Or the club to make some money? Or are they FOC trials? |
