I see that BBL have now put up coach, rahmon and Dirk. Interesting to see what other names are already signed up and whether the trials are just to fill the last bench places or Vince has major problems getting team together. Have they? I've just had a scoot around and the coach is TBC, no players listed and the last news is about the fixtures. Maybe I'm being dumb? Feels like something very weird is going on. Nothing out of the club since Dirk really either, and Vince's timelines from the BBL Show (which it sounded like was recorded the day Dirk was announced) suggest we should have heard more by now. |

I'd have thought trials would be to find a bench player or two. The better players would be recruited and probably already signed up somewhere by now. Worthing Bears used to hold trials way back in the 90s and usually found someone decent enough for a bench spot by doing this.
