Sheffield Sharks v London Lions is essentially the battle for Championship runners-up. It's also this weeks Sky Sports game.

Do we know if Fletcher will be back for Eagles? If not a big lean to the flyers. The other game depends on which lions turn up. I hate watching sharks games as they are so low scoring so hoping lions turn up and beat them

Not sure exactly when he caught it though so don’t know when he’ll be back. And obviously it depends on how quickly he recovers (god willing that he does of course).

I think this weekend is do or die for the Eagles but I think beating the big Flyers who practically bullied us to victory at Christmas is going to be a huge ask especially going on recent form of 0-6.
If we haven't atleast got Fletch I don't think we stand a chance but hope I'm wrong.
As for Sharks vs Lions that should be a great game to see. I'm going to say Sheffield for the win on this one though.

Eagles 🦅 🏀 Only time I seen us lose this much was when we had won the league and we were just playing with mostly University/College students with a few of the main team mixed in order to rest players for the playoffs. But then anyone would say that doesn't count as a loss.

Brutal weekend for Eagles, three games in four days with long distance back to back away games. I'll take anything we can get.

Linos are an embarrassment to their owners.
As well as often showing a can't be arsed attitude off-court with nothing more than basic marketing, it's clear to see that the cba attitude is definitely on-court as well.
That London pass inbound to the startled Sheffield player at the end of OT when there was still a chance to keep in the match typifies the poor poor spirit.
How the hell have 777 made millions yet don't seem to have a clue as how to produce a successful club in British Basketball?
In the first instance they should have got a Coach commensurate with the players last season. They missed a second chance to change the coach before this season but not only do they blow that, then something goes on to see Vince leave mid-season with no replacement lined up.
Vear was hopeless and the latest guy is even more out of his depth.
And talking of 777- what's happening with the 7.7 million? Shambolic!

Well tonight's Eagles game was no suprise but if I'm honest I again thought it was a brave effort from us especially on only a 6 man rotation. The effort was there tonight but as the game went on I knew we couldn't keep it up for 4 Quarters.
I was particularly impressed with Wes for his shooting and Peel defensively which is what I felt kept us in it. And even Mac steered the team better at times.
But Bristol were the better and bigger team which was hard to stop. In the first half I thought we might win this by all of Bristols team simply fouling out and having no players left on court. But I think once they wised up to that and played less physical Defence they figured out how to comfortably come away with this game won.
I think this game now signals the end for our playoff hopes as I believed we needed to win 2/2 if we want to have any chance to making it to the playoffs. Well played Flyers!

That Lions inbound when they were still in the game really sums them up. Even after that shambles, they go up the other end on offense just walking. Only young Kaboza giving any effort.

Well I suspect that’s Newcastle not making the play-offs and London finishing 3rd or 4th. I’ve read the comments about London above, and I have nothing to add other than I hope Justin Robinson’s injury isn’t season ending - it felt like he was only just game fit again from the injury last season. Also, quite funny Coach Lyons throwing some shade at Drew Lasker in the post game interview.
