London vs Bristol again. Seem to be playing alot of games close together and they should be quite familiar with each other now. Although London are 2-0 on the series I think Bristol might take the final game.
Leicester vs Plymouth I reckon should be Leicester. Although it wouldn't suprise me if Leicester decide to drop this one in order to make it even more difficult for Newcastle to qualify for the playoffs.
However in all seriousness if Plymouth were to defy the odds against Leicester it could send a message to the soon to be champs as well as the top 4 that they'll have a challenge on theirs hands come playoffs to whoever gets them.

Think we would rather play Eagles in playoffs than have this roadtrip again this season Normally we wouldn't want eagles of course But we've got their number this season

Don't think Paternostro will intentionally lose any games until the league championship is won.

Hope my maths are correct but I’m sure the count is now 34 consecutive victories for Riders Vs Patriots / Raiders in all competitions, Which is the largest in BBL History, With so much on the line for Riders this could be a tighter game than normal due to crossing the finishing line nerves, Or Riders could turn the screw from the beginning and turn it in to a massacre, I’m sure Rob will treat it as just another game to get a W from, but it’s impossible to keep it from the back of your mind.
Just hope I can get decent Wi-Fi in what ever location I’m in, in Vegas

The count may be correct but its not a stat thats accurate. The raiders are absolutely nothing to do with the patriots, it's not a case of the club was sold, raiders are taking a year out thats all, patriots are a separate entity and to tarnish them with 32 loses when they haven't even played 32 games is unfair

Patriots are basically the Raiders……Just a different name Same fanbase Same arena Same colours Same coach, Same cheerleaders Same appalling position in league Same awful record against Riders I won’t go on, but 34 and counting……

Different colours
Raiders were in finals last year so not same position
Hugely different fan base (kudos to patriots for that)
And yes raiders will be back in September is very well known idea down here.
Let's not pretend that the bbl are innocent in the loss of my club here. They banned them from the league for having financial trouble due to covid and then took on a franchise that they own in the same city. Wouldn't be surprised if it was partly to do with the 777 deal that they didn't want someone with as much power as the turks

Raiders are taking a year out along with Derby Storm, Brighton Bears, etc. The league is going to be much bigger next year when they all come back!

Is it safe to assume while they were on their break that any players who flagged they were owed money and any businesses awaiting invoices to be settled by Raiders, that those matters have been satisfactorily resolved in view of all parties? all sounds very interesting.

As I'm told all outstanding payments have been made along with a very large sum for the name itself.
Nbl3 and if the rumours are true we have a very good point guard

Nbl3 and if the rumours are true we have a very good point guard Just wondering, how has a NBL Div3 organisation been able to afford something - the Raiders name/branding, that a BBL organisation couldn't (or at least couldn't justify)? I'm guessing the Turkish owners reduced the asking price, presumably because it became clear they weren't going to get what they were asking for?

Club v club, the stat is incorrect, franchise v franchise, the stat is correct.
