The count may be correct but its not a stat thats accurate. The raiders are absolutely nothing to do with the patriots, it's not a case of the club was sold, raiders are taking a year out thats all, patriots are a separate entity and to tarnish them with 32 loses when they haven't even played 32 games is unfair Lol There must be some good stats Raiders have done pre-Pats that you would like to keep though?? Or is the Riders stat too depressing to keep any links at all with the past If you only want to keep the good stats from the past I'm happy to go along with that tbh!! You guys deserve a break!! |

Nbl3 and if the rumours are true we have a very good point guard Just wondering, how has a NBL Div3 organisation been able to afford something - the Raiders name/branding, that a BBL organisation couldn't (or at least couldn't justify)? I'm guessing the Turkish owners reduced the asking price, presumably because it became clear they weren't going to get what they were asking for? It went up for auction, I doubt pats wanted it after the launch |

Club v club, the stat is incorrect, franchise v franchise, the stat is correct. It's not the same franchise though, franchise area sure |

They remain with the club (and owners), not the franchise. The franchise is effectivly just a spot in the league, nothing more than that.
It's a difficult one to say one way or another. Raiders weren't allowed to take a year out and keep the franchise, so the franchise was put out to tender for someone else to have.

Agree, I argued the same when I heard about it. If Riders disappeared and Leicester Warriors took on the franchise, they would hold the records. I understand it from both perspectives. The league is allowed so many franchises, I have 24 in my head, and they wanted one in Plymouth so that's why it was offered for tender.

Great to win the league championship again for second year in a row. Crandall switched on his game and showed why he was MVP for the league last season. Only 2 defeats for Riders I think. That's some record when all others have multiple losses.

This team should now also go on to dominate the playoffs IMO We are playing at a different level to the rest of the league this season |

Virtuoso performance from geno tonight to bring the trophy home. He knows the games to step up in just like the cup final.
Riders not at their best but did enough helped a lot by the patriots turnovers. Lost count of the number of times they played good d and then just threw the ball away.
Hopefully the trophy can be paraded on Friday
