Have you ever seen him do an angry/unprofessional interview post match?

I've seen other much lesser coaches complain about decisions long after a game in interviews and on social media

He is always very professional when the time calls for it

Which shows he has different levels for different situations

At a push we may be able to say your last line is ambiguous in its erroneousness.

If we take your third line to be true then this leads us to have to accept that Paternostro has little regard for sensitive ears, judging that "time does not call" for him to be aware of sensitive ears.

Many people with sensitive ears will have heard one or two of his potty-mouth outbursts. Presumably because you are one-eyed in your admiration of all things Riders, you are choosing to state a. you have never heard one of these vile outpourings or b. that those who are offended are at fault for being so offended.

I'm talking about with media and away from game day

Every sports coach of Pro clubs I know has a potty mouth though?

I literally just looked at this thread and have almost cried with laughter with some of these comments.
And I absolutely love it.

After reading some of these paragraphs I feel you could make the tittle Rob vs Fab at Great British Bake Off.
And IRF would come back with an essay worth of reasons why Robbie P would win hands down.

I think we can safely say the argument Fab vs Rob is a conversation that will echo on into the BBL for decades to come.
Although having said that with the other teams upping their game such as Cheshire and Bristol with coaching pedigree.
So who's to say we won't one day have a new name in this conversation soon?

Yes I guess its possible a coach at Cheshire or Bristol could move ahead of Fab

Some of those players need educating as to delivering winning performances week in week out. Discipline, focus and not letting standards slip

But I do know once Rob had similar resources to Fab - Rob left Fab behind as a coach

Fab couldn't find the answers.

And it was a blessing for Eagles that Fab got the opportunity to work in NBA.

You suggested Rob has faced a decline at Riders

So if that's a decline how exactly do you describe what happened to Fab as a coach those last few years?

He was left behind and failed to step up and respond

If Rob went to Eagles and Fab replaced him at Riders I would seriously fear for our future success compared to now
