.....different teams but same DNA..... I've felt bad for Rob the amount of times he's built a great team and then had to replace and build another great team He tends to lose important players to bigger and better things (or they retire) I wonder how much longer we can keep Geno But that is the same for all teams unless it's the NBA to which even some players bounce around theirs always a rebuilding process especially after a season of success. And quite a few players tend to go on to play elsewhere in Europe as well in an attempt to climb a little further up the ladder and play in a higher league. However if they leave a legacy and do well for a BBL club in the case of Justin Gordon, Andy Thompson and Rahmon Fletch etc... they leave with the door wide open to atleast return to the BBL club if things don't go as well.

Youre underselling Rob irf, he doesn't do the same thing every season, that's why he's effective. He adapts, many others dont He often has to replace top quality players However, I think the overall system and mindset remains pretty constant We are never going to get outworked or out run on a court at BBL level I realise when we venture(d) into Europe he has to change things a bit Ps I'm not underselling Rob. I realise he's vital to our ongoing success He does a great job at Leicester, the scary thing is they seem to keep improving all the time. It's almost like the fresh challenge of a megabucks London squad has reinvigorated the will to win. Perfect example: They 'lost' Corey Johnson to the Eagles in the summer and were able to replace him with Whelan, who is a big step up in my opinion. I should really hate Leicester and Rob P, but it's just not possible. They do an amazing job and he is just such a likeable guy.
