Would you want to see Iceskateball?

Came across a video of American Ice Football from Germany, then it got me thinking, could you do Basketball on ice?

Well, this video proves it can be done



So, yeah, could you see Giannis or Steph doing Slam Dunks on ice?

Not sure, looks a bit weird. I think I prefer Slamball, where they use trampolines. Lots of exciting dunks and high flying action in that!

If players were to start going for layups and dunks I would be worried about someone's skates falling on top of me and put off playing defence.

Although I saw this on social media and think I can do one better for weird versions of basketball.
I'm not sure if this would be classed animal cruelty but it certainly brings a whole new meaning to saying play like a
Donkey.

I suspect the " miosture technicians" might need more than a mop and old towel to keep the court dry and playable here.

I’ve seen a football match on Newcastle Town Moor with everyone on stilts - could that work for basketball ? Slam dunks could be a lot easier !
