Faulkner injured almost as soon as he came on for Plymouth. Looks like he’s for sure out for the game, but hopefully not too serious.

Obviously delighted with the win, but that was hideously nervy. Plymouth only had 3 players on the bench, and both Dusha and Levi were in foul trouble, so feels like it shouldn't have been such hard work. C'est la vie. Last year, we would have lost a game like that.

Well, I don't know whether to say Cheshire got lucky with that win or if Bristol were unlucky to let that one get away.
Looked like Bristol were going to finally bring an end to Cheshire recent run of luck but the Nix somehow came together to get the win.
Following the stats Bristol were leading by 8 at the end of the 3rd and then I couldn't believe it when they were suddenly down by 2 after I picked my phone back up.
Looked like an interesting game.
It's a pity we won't be getting a Flyers vs Nix on Sky unless both teams make a final.

Run of luck? Phoenix are now 9-0 in 2024, what’s lucky about that? They’re a team that just don’t know when they’re beaten - a couple a big 3’s from Skylar Whyte at the start of the 4th and a determination to carry on the winning streak got them over the line. The Flyers are a better team than their league position suggests - very enjoyable game with some great match ups.

Terrible 3 point shooting from Nix but still putting up almost 40 in the game, 8 down so they do what they always do, shoot a 3 then another 3. Still think we escaped that one, but getting to 9-0 can't be all good luck. BIG BIG game next Sunday, time to put Gladiators into 3 Rd place for the rest of the season. |
