A very sad and premature loss - the Comets were our family's introduction to basketball, and we still have great memories of watching Kenny and co. in the brand new Newcastle Arena at the time.
His achievements off the court have if anything been more impressive and he leaves a great active legacy in all that the Eagles have achieved.
