Two big performances from young players who may throw their hat into the NBA draft at the end of the season. Cam Hildreth scored 38 for Wake Forest in a pre-season game against top 25 ranked Alabama. Quinn Ellis stuffed the stat sheet for Trento against Turk Telecom in the Eurocup. 21pts 2/2 2fg, 4/4 3fg 5/5 ft, 6 reb, 3 asst, 2stl for a game leading 31 PIR.

That Cam Hildreth game was a close game too! Ok only prevseason but I’m very impressed, he may throw his name in early! Ellis withdrew this year from the draft so you’d assume he would go in this year

Its amazing to see Cam doing so well. Being from Worthing it's really special to see this - I remember going to games when Danny played for the Bears and Thunder and Cam was maybe 2, 3 years old and would be dribbling a mini ball around at the side of the court. Hell I can go back further to when his mum Helen was a cheerleader for the Bears in the 90s! So if he makes the NBA that will be incredible to see. Wake Forest produced Tim Duncan of course, so can't be a bad school to be at!
