Could this be the first game of the season London lose...? They're playing in the EuroCup the night before, and Bristol are on great form at the moment - 6 game winning streak and 2nd in the league. Could be a real challenge for London. It's also been selected for broadcast on NESN+ in the US. I'm looking forward to a good night out.

The visit to Plymouth might have become a bit more significant for Caledonia following last night's big loss in Bilbao. Middle away game with some gruelling travelling, Bilbao on Weds, Plymouth Friday, Bristol Sunday.
I don't like the term "must win", but Caledonia won't want to be facing Bristol on their court after two defeats.

Well clearly the Lions did not have much of a post game hangover from the loss to Hapeol last night. Unless the game the previous night had have been away and Lions were jet lagged then I don't see anyone beating them unless atleast 50% of their team suddenly become unavailable.
And unlike the other teams competing in Europe the Lions unfortunately have bodies to spare. I do sometimes wonder how they decide who plays which game though?
I can imagine them having like a team rota and then perhaps occasionally players might ask to game swap. Like would any of them dare say to each other "I have plans for Beskitas away will you swap with me and I'll play your Patriots at home?"

Enjoyable night out, but London looked like they were in total control and a win was never really in doubt… even with Sam Dekker, Josh Sharma and Luke Nelson all sitting courtside out injured.

This is what I mean though. Not any fault of London if anything its smart and I wish the Eagles were just as prepared with depth. But the Lions even missing one player or a couple of players is inconvenient but can hardly hinder them because they have star player B, C or D who usually only plays Euro Cup on the bench ready to step in if needs be.
