Thanks, no not really I just enjoy watching. I came across some games on you tube and it snowballed from there, nice to see sky are having games on as well.

Thanks, nothing in particular as such, I have read up on the rules etc, just want to pick things up from people with far more knowledge on the game, I'm sure I will constantly be picking things up that seem obvious to people who have followed the game a long time, not so obvious to me.

In my experience supporting a team is even more enjoyable.
Also visiting their home arena, and other arenas is a good thing to do.
Everyone is friendly, and it can be a good atmosphere, especially if the game is close.

Yes I agree, close games are much better.I plan to watch the danum eagles a few times this year, may make a trip to Sheffield as well, they are the nearest BBL team to me.

Welcome! If you want a short preview of each weeks games I’d recommend ‘Inside the Paint’ on the BBL’s YouTube channel every Friday afternoon. If you then want some in-depth analysis of each game I’d recommend ‘Sunday Night Breakdown’ on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts.

Welcome along Keith, glad you found us! Have you tried any other basketball as well or just BBL/NBL so far? i.e. European, NBA, etc? You are not far from me it seems, I am Sheffield but as I grew up a Brighton Bears (no longer going) fan I just cannot bring myself to support the Sharks! I can go along as a neutral but cannot find myself cheering for them.

Been looking at fixtures to watch European, van be difficult to catch with work etc. Not seen any American at all.
