Well after a tight 1st Quarter it was down hill from there for the Giants.
At first I questioned why Giants were playing this game whilst the football Derby between Burnley and Man United was also going on.
Now I reckon that was probably a genius move as I'm sure they didn't want to have the fans watch them get slaughtered tonight.
If 777 are propping up both Lions and Giants then you can tell which of the 2 is the favourite child out of the 2 teams.
I hope Giants are able to get a more serious investor on board soon so they can rebuild.
As Dave F said Manchester should be a team investors be wanting to invest in since it is in arguably one of the most significant UK cities.

There’s a fundamental difference between the two, it’s not as simple as favouritism. But for lots of reasons I really hope the BBL find a really good owner for Manchester Giants. They should be a flagship team for the league. |
