Another broadcasting related exclusive from me…
This season the BBL will launch ‘UNBEATBALE’, a brand new weekly magazine programme from the BBL.
It’s essentially replacing the ‘The BBL Show’, and will feature both new and familiar faces in front of the camera. It’ll be come from the BBL’s new studio and production base in Timeline's West London (Ealing) Broadcast Centre.

Hopefully this is in addition to and not a replacement for the reported 'UNBEATABLE' weekly magazine show, but the BBL has today launched 'INSIDE THE PAINT' - a short weekly preview of the upcoming weekends games.

UNBEATABLE premiers Thursday at 7pm on Sky Sports Arena and Sky Sports Mix (with a repeat at 10pm again on Arena).
No news yet on a wider release, but I suspect it might get a YouTube release too…

I was actually a bit disappointed with UNBEATABLE. I was hoping for something a bit more than just game highlights, which by the time this programme airs are a week old (or older if you don’t watch the first broadcast and instead watch one of the repeats throughout this week).
But this programme is probably more for the casual fan, not those of us who will already know the results and have watched any highlights we want to online by the time the following weekend comes around.
I am really impressed with INSIDE THE PAINT though. It’s really good to have a 10-15 minute programme on Friday afternoon to preview the weekend’s upcoming games.
