Never heard of or seen the guy play but a sad loss indeed.

Rob was one of the few where you'd happily pay just to watch him. Another one we have to thank Chris Finch for, he was the complete Point Guard. From creating his own shot be it a simple lay-up to knocking down a three with ease he used those skills as a last resort. I remember him as a leader and creator with a keen eye for an assist. I forgot he tried for the Olympic team.
If Ben Gordon had bothered to turn up, I imagine he'd have been selected ahead of Nate...we had little depth at PG

Not a lot on YouTube about his Pro career and what there is is poor quality.
Highlights reels must be a more recent thing. Shame.

This one hit hard. My favourite BBL player, and an all round great person on and off court. I remember that Sterling Davis was relaxing at home watching TV, when he saw this. |
