You’d be a fool to bet against London making the semifinals… but I do wish these ‘home’ playoff games were at the Copper Box.
As we have a 30 point advantage today’s game doesn’t concern me, but I believe next weeks semifinal game will be at Crystal Palace NSC too, which isn’t ideal. London are about as familiar with CP NSC as any away team, so it’s sort of like both legs being away games, which when games are as important as this is far from ideal.

Well looks like our Seasons is now officially done.
I didnt watch todays game but despite the result at least we finished the season alot stronger and 1 place higher then last year which could be a sign of progress.
And maybe now Stetuel has finished his 1st of hopefully many more seasons at the helm next year we will come back stronger.
And perhaps if some of this squad did return and we built on it then I could see us being tougher to compete with next year.
Although what happens over the summer now at the Eagles we will have to wait and see.
My hope is next season we will have the right team in place from the start and continue to improve.

My guess would be that they are going to show the 1st leg between Nix and Lions as the Sky Sports. And if they show the first leg as well it means both teams are going to start off at a 0-0 scoreline. |

Well that wasn’t my best season as an Eagles fan, but thanks anyway for some great entertainment on the way. The fact that watching the highlights of today’s game showed Lions attacking against constant defence chants and Eagles attacking in relative silence in an away game says it all.
Here’s to a season worthy of our fans next year !

And if they show the first leg as well it means both teams are going to start off at a 0-0 scoreline. My apologies when I wrote this I hadn't seen the end of the Sky Sports game and found out that the Sky are showing the 2nd leg of Riders vs Flyers. Shows how confident they were that was going to happen before the Eagles played Lions today.🤣 |

I was so convinced Eagles wouldn't qualify for the Play-offs I booked a little jolly away. No regrets and a couple of videos to catch up on. Hopefully better next season, 777 notwithstanding.
