Hi I saw this the other day from Giannis after the Bucks got eliminated by the Heat in the NBA playoffs.
Where a reporter in a post game asked him about failure and Giannis like a true proffessional responded with an answer so unexpectedly but also made the others question how we view failure.
I then saw another video last night where the NBA inside guys broke it down and they made me look at it from an inspired point of view as well. And it made me think about it in a way beyond basketball. I thought it was so inspiring and interesting and like a TED talk. I thought it was something worth sharing to hear what you think.

I really enjoyed Giannis' answer. He's (obviously) a very grounded and intelligent guy, especially saying it with such eloquence while speaking a second language! As per the argument between Kenny and Shaq I never think the 'success at all costs' kind of guys ever really come across as particularly happy generally. Success being particularly fleeting in the NBA given that there's only 1 winner every year and most teams have a superstar so expect some success (I'm saying this as opposed to example in football where Brighton have objectively had a successful season, but say Liverpool or Chelsea haven't, Newcastle have had a successful season if they finish 4th, but Man City finishing 4th is unsuccessful)
