It was worrying when we lost the plot in Q4 and Giants pulled it back to 14 down. They had momentum and if they'd scored then when they had possession I think we'd have seen Rob throw Crandall back on court with the alarm sounding. Luckily they failed to score but I too cannot understand why Giants didn't put their best players on court in those closing stages where they were definitely coming back at us.

Three highlights from Eagles game. First the teamwork, 38 assists from 42 made shots. Second a spectacular tomahawk jam from Justin in the first quarter and third a sensational save/assist from Kyle Williams in the second. The ball was going out of bounds in Eagles half. Running from Scorchers half he hooked the ball back in and in the same movement he continued the hook behind his back for a perfect no look pass to Peel for two. Never seen anything like it. Jaw dropping.

I think the reason their best players stayed on the bench was that we had nullified Armstrong and Dan Clarke was on 4 fouls. I must say, I have been really disappointed with Clarke……..constant whinging to the refs and never seems to have a good game when I have watched him.

His constant whinging to the refs drives me mad too. I'm sure that BBL reffing isn't up to the standard he was used to in Europe but if he doesn't learn to be keep his mouth shut he's going to start to spoil his legacy amongst British fans.

Just watched the Riders vs Giants game. Just when you thought London scoring only 4 points in a quarter couldn't be matched Manchester said "hold my beer"
As much as I hate to admit it this looks like it could be the best Riders team I have ever seen! I hope with Sayers back and Gordon in our team we could be more competitive against them. Although unless Rob after sealing up the tittle decides to rest guys for the playoffs like the champs usually do I'm struggling to see Leicester losing.

Maybe we might be able to convert a predicted 6th-10th place finish to a 3rd-5th place finish now. Plus other teams are starting to either find form like the Pats or lose form like Giants and Lions.
