The club aim to be completely climate neutral for season 23-24 according to the BBL site. A very commendable idea, just thinking though they need to sign their overseas players in July to be able to get them on a ship in time to start the season.
I suppose that this idea could spread to this chat room, there's enough hot air on it at times to heat an arena!!

The also aim to be entirely cost neutral, exclusively spending 777s money instead.

Great idea. They can cycle to away games.

Great idea. They can cycle to away games. Lions are probably one of the few teams who contemplate flying to BBL fixtures.

On the latest episode of Below the Rim they brought on the person from the Giants who's implementing it - I think it's a great idea and hopefully it's executed well

Could be an excellent idea.

Think this is a really exciting and smart move. The BTR interview talked about how successful a similar approach has been for Forest Green Rovers, and their list of 'ethical' sponsors shows: www.fgr.co.uk/partners/I have Qs about implementation - especially with Belle Vue being so hard to reach by public transport from anywhere but Piccadilly - but looking forward to seeing the detail.
