A 60+ point blowout or the upset of the season ? Depends which team Lions put out I don’t think that makes any difference. Lions players are all quality and they always play with a full bench.

If Worthing were to play all their bench at the same time it could be different, 10 or 12 versus 5 would keep the scored d,own.

I'm not saying there'll be a major upset but with London's tough defeat tonight in Europe I think Worthing may get closer to London than expected

I reckon Worthing will run it close as they are a strong EBL outfit and London might be worn down from their battle with Hapoel tonight. Although unless London decide not to care about the Trophy I would still imagine the Lions being able to beat them.

There's no doubt Europe is the focus for London, but I suspect there's also a desire to win all 4 domestic titles too. That would help boost their credibility in Europe too. Given it's 24 hours since London battled Tel Aviv I too suspect this might be closer than one would initially expect, but I'm still hopeful of a win and a ticket through to the next round.

London by 20 should still be possible. Baboza JWH , Konagun all need big minutes

the london bench has recently taken care of 2 bbl sides comfortably - with the usual suspect starters at 20min or less in the games for their contributions based on what i watched at weekend in Glasgow - Lions by 18pts tonight

Well that was painful if you are a Worthing fan. Looks like Lions only played a 7 man rotation as well. Whilst I hope we beat Gladiators tommorow I don't think I would look forward to facing the Lions in the next round.

Interesting to see Lions play without their bigs and their star forwards. JWH and Komagum did a good job. In fact all 7 of their players played well. It would be interesting to see that team play against a BBL team, but I don’t think that’s something we’re going to see.

JWH with quite an interesting stat line:
12 points from 5-20 shooting, 13 rebounds with 7 offensive, +/- of 41, index of 10 (joint lowest)

He’s interesting to watch. He’s everywhere. He often stands at SG, but switches sides and follows up every shot. He has very good timing so he is there at the top of his jump collecting a rebound despite not being the tallest player.
