Followed the game for nearly 30 years now and have always been amazed at why the refereeing community don't get more involved with the basketball media to help the fans understand their perspective.
This is very interesting....

If 777 plan to grow the league into something bigger and better somehow works out it would be time to hire full time referees and provide higher standards of training and expect better standards of delivery. Perhaps bring in FIBA training from other countries as I don't think we have anyone or anything at a suitable level here right now for the development that would be required.

Yep, I guess it’s somewhat hard to know how much of the trigger happy refereeing we see is orders from above or is just how the refs choose to call it, but it’s awful to watch week in, week out
