Penine Derby should be good and 2 really tough games for the Sheffield in the opening weekend as I predicted London and Manchester to make top 3.
Plymouth given everything they went through made sealing that 8th playoff spot look like a championship tittle win last season.
Whilst what's happening at home is making some fans a little uneasy playing away games hopefully is a sign they will continue to exist and get an early win.

Really impressed with Sheffield's Nelson. Watched two games and he's been very good in both. Tough, creative player who's fast.

The Friday games all looked like they were sold out. The Manchester game has a lot of empty seats. I wonder if this is down to uncertainty in the off season or maybe people prefer a Friday game to a Sunday evening game and, like me, are watching this whilst eating their Sunday roast.

Watching a bit of Cheshire v Plymouth and I see Cheshire have brought back the Simpsons couch at courtside.
I knows thats not what it's called but the first thing that springs to mind when I see it.
I remember seeing Leicester used to have it but last time I saw it was when they played at Loughborough uni.
I know we all want good seats but I'm surprised anyone wants to sit that close where people can see you stood out.
Surprised they don't stick a local celeb on it.

Great game between Giants and Sharks. Tough opening weekend for Sheffield and Attiba was really unhappy at the end of the game.
Although I do agree and think the shooter was bumped.
After this weekend I hope the Eagles are ready and raring to get started next week.

Sharks took 8 players with Glasgow Jnr out and Koch and Delpeche combining for just 27 minutes in Double OT. I wonder if there's any thought of lengthening the bench?

Nix looked out of it loads behind but with 3 Pats players on four fouls quickly became those three fouled out. We pulled it right back but a couple of baskets in the last couple of minutes meant just not enough. Losing Larry Austin with an ankle injury in the first quarter was a big blow but A Williams proved the match winner very very hard to stop!!
Tip had be delayed for 10 mins or so due to the size of the crowd not being able to access the arena, a full house fantastic atmosphere, let's hope they all come back!!
