That'd make sense. I wonder if they stop on the way back too or just go all the way. Must be a good 8-9 hours by coach, not even factoring in stops!

Eagles must be staying in Plymouth tonight surely or somewhere on the way at least Maybe they will fly down, I think Plymouth flew to Glasgow earlier on the season. And when I mentioned it to a friend he said that might have been cheaper then hiring a coach and 2 coach drivers. If they have taken the bus then atleast it will be a better trip knowing the game still means something. I would hate to go all that way for a meaningless game. As for Manchester perhaps the reason for the late tip could be because their venue is being use for the NBL playoff finals this weekend?

I’m not complaining… the 8pm tip off for the Manchester/London game works perfectly for me on a busy Sunday with the family!

Nix now 6th as Flyers are 4 points ahead and even for Nix win they will be 2 points behind. Hmum didn't spot the chance of Flyers coming 3rd, thought the Nix/ Flyers was a dead end of season game. game

Well final day of the regular season and for either the Eagles or Patriots the season ends today for one of these teams. The winner is set up for a date and an uphill battle with the out of their league Leicester Riders.
If I was a neutral I probably would be rooting for Plymouth as I feel their probably the more deserving for what they went through this season and how they recovered.
But I hope the same Eagles that played Glasgow on Friday show up and steal the show. All I can say is may the better team win today
Go Newcastle Eagles! 🏀 🦅

Sadly not as far as I'm aware as Sky only show Friday night fixtures except on Finals days.

Correct, none of today’s games are on Sky. However, the Sky ‘slot’ moves from Friday nights to Sunday afternoons for the playoffs, starting next weekend.

Jeez. They need to knock it off with the zoom camera at the Scorchers - Sharks game. It’s making it nearly unwatchable.

Eagles Pats would have been an awesome game for Sky coverage, shame. Although the commentary team for Pats are quality. Eagles need to limit Hassan getting loads of easy points in the paint. The Sieve Person vs Simmons match up at PG scares me too, be interesting to see if he sticks with the 3 big lineup and maybe swaps Johnson into starting 5. I feel like if Pats just stick to their usual game plan and limit Gordon by putting Graham-Bell on they should win fairly easily, barring Fletch magic 😂

Let's be honest the Sky cameras are going wherever Leicester is going next weekend especially if Dan Routledge ends up chosing which game gets shown. Back to the game today we defeated Plymouth 99-74 at the Pavillions back on the 7th November when they were struggling. But then fast forward to 4th March Plymouth won 91-87 at the Vertu Motors. A game which I missed due work that week but when I watched it back on BBL Player the feed got embarrassingly cut so I missed half the final quarter. I seriously hope that does not happen today.

Well this is starting to look like the beginning of the end for the Eagles. Unless we come out with an actual game plan Pats might aswell start selling tickets versus Leicester mid way in the 3rd Quarter.
Poor defence and bad shots plus to much reliant on Defoe and Fletch rather then team ball. At times we're making Pats look like they can actually give Leicester a run for their money.
Looks like it's now 20 minutes to save this season for us. What I will say is I'm liking these commentators for Pats. I'm almost died laughing when Pat the Puppy took one of their kids on court. Did not expect to see that today.
