Refs had a bit of a mad one. Fouls given out left, right and centre.

Talking of refs, did you see the blatant offensive foul by Defoe clearing out Rocks' Vance Johnson near the end of the 2nd quarter? Foul called on Johnson. Ref Unsworth was a few feet away with a perfect view. Unbelievable! Daniel and Ant called it correctly on the Sky commentary from the opposite side of the court.

We've got this All eyes on Pats V Eagles!! I see Fletch only played 24 minutes tonight Doesn't that normally mean he's injured?? Fouls. But no bad thing with the trip to Plymouth in mind. Mind you, 10 assists in 24 mins…. He's breaking some assist records then

Despite the relatively close score for most of this game it never really felt in doubt that we would secure the 2 points. Lot of needle between the teams. Good to end our league campaign with only two losses. Sorry, it was brilliant to have only 2 losses - and they were extremely close games too.

Well it looks like this Friday night their was a story to tell in every game. What a great way to finish the regular season for sky. I hope they get coverage rights for next season again.
Looks like the old London was back romped over Cheshire and got some payback for the Trophy Final defeat which could be just in the nick of time if they want to slience the critics! Just like we did against Rocks tonight, if we make it and go against Leicester I hope that is the team that shows up.
I think Rocks may struggle though as I felt Murray as prolific as he was especially early on. He certainly couldn't hide the fact he was struggling to run up and down the court at times. Which suggested Ali Frasers absence is what could be hurting the Rocks as defensively he was a nightmare for us last time. And Bunyan had a strangely quieter game tonight and didn't do much other then foul.
With Manchester pushing Sheffield all the way they shows that this season playoffs could be the most open I have seen in a long time. And while Plymouth lost to Leicester it seems like they challenged the Riders abit and if they were only down by 10 in a 2 leg situation I reckon they would take that.
I know Leicester are still heavy favourites to make the Treble but after us winning last year whilst finishing 4th. You can't rule out the possibility of a lower seed team going all the way.

Literally no idea how he got away with it, most blatant foul out there

Last nights Riders v Pats game was a absolute shocker. Nearly 2 hours long and was well and truly killed by 3 whistle happy refs There was absolutely no flow to the whole game and about half a million fouls committed, Trouble is it wasn’t even a dirty game for either side, I really did find it pretty boring and excruciating painful at times to watch.
As massive said, I thought we had total control of the game and we’re playing in 2nd gear for most of it.
But the only positive thing to come out of the game was the fact that we now have defeated Plymouth 36 consecutive time.

Agree was a messy game last night but not sure if Plymouth can play much better. Riders looked to be well within themselves including not playing most of the starting 5 for the whole of the 4th despite game still being live.
Would prefer raiders in the playoffs than a dangerous eagles team with a point to prove

There’s that over confident IRF 🙋♂️🤣 Just facts and reality Riders fans have good reason to be confident right now To be honest I can't argue with him Steve. As much as I would love us to make the Playoffs and knock Riders out in the process. It's hard enough for teams to be Leicester one match so in 2 legs even if Leicester lose one of them is hard to see. Whereas if it was a best of 3 or the final if it happens to not be Leicesters day then they could be beaten.

Just facts and reality Riders fans have good reason to be confident right now Might as well not play it then 🤦♂️ You must have a few players playing for their future and a contract next year? They might compete better as a result Still won't have enough over 8 quarters to beat Riders I hope you find a way to beat Plymouth
