I'm hoping/expecting Riders to do similar to the Rocks game Play the whole squad but limit minutes for everyone But win well at the same time (Hopefully the refs are kind to us again!) |

I’m not really sure if I’ve mentioned this at any time in the past, but I think it’s a point that need to be raised,
It’s good to have knowledge about results and history between teams,
Well here goes……
Hope my maths are correct but I’m sure the count is now 35 consecutive victories for Riders Vs Patriots / Raiders in all competitions,
Which is the largest in BBL History,
I do hope we get Patriots in the playoffs to give us a chance to stretch this count to 38

Interesting game of Lions and the Nix. Will the way we blew them away in the final stir them out of their recent apathy or has their season gone on a couple of months too long? We haven't played our best basketball in the last few games, the last weekend coming up really opens a wide range of possibilities for the playoffs, not worked out the permutations yet but hope the Nix could avoid Riders until the final!!!

Tbh I'm not Harry Potter but I wonder if I should go to the Vertu Motors dressed as a Wizard tommorow night in the hope some magic happens on the court.
Seeing us only lose to Bristol by 3 and the fact we beat Glasgow twice gives me some hope.
Although Glasgow did defeat us in the opening game of the season at home.
In a way it feels like we are finishing this season how we started.
Except hopefully on a win this time.

Sharks found their shooting touch and some resilience to overturn the Giants. 2nd in the league secured with one game remaining is a massive step up on recent seasons.

What a game tonight at the Eagles!
I had a feeling despite the rough season tonight was going to be magical and boy was I right.
I think apart from Surrey this was a game where we truly dominated and took over this game.
I got nervous towards the end thinking we were going to let it slip but in the end we managed to keep our season alive another day.
Atleast if that is the last home game of the season we got to finish it on an emphatic win.
And thanks to the Riders it looks like I'm now going to get my BBL play in game against the Pats.
Although I think Pats are alot stronger then Glasgow but if we play like we did tonight we may have a chance.
Whatever happens in that one of look forward to watching on Sunday.
By the way please tell me Sky got that farcial Chuck a Duck throw in the 3rd Quarter!
I said that one day some kid was to chuck one in during play eventually.
Credit to the refs on that one for spotting it as it would have been both sad and embarrassing if a player got hurt cause of it!
