Mike got perhaps the biggest cheer at the awards evening last Friday when it was announced. Says something about the club that he is settled here when I'm sure he would get offers elsewhere.
A lot of gloom and disappointment on the boards from some posters, just to say this season so far has been really enjoyable. Nix haven't always played well but I don't think I've seen a team smile so much and have so much fun on court. We've played badly at times but when we've hit form the squad have played some amazing basketball and I've never enjoyed a visit to Glasgow so much when surrounded by all those green shirts.
A lot of complimentary comments been made about the atmosphere at the home court EPSV which makes us as a community club stand out. The club has recently been able to arrange for away coach transport for fans, if we get to visit you in the playoffs you'll hear us!!
