Deep athletic squad v weak old squad More predictable than ever Same again next season please! The gulf in class is huge. This game has persuaded me that the coach has to go. Not the result, but just watching the way both coaching teams operate is like night and day. The Leicester bench is a hive of activity and passion, demanding the absolute best at all times. It was really a joy to watch, especially compared to the uninspiring mess that was the home bench. This Eagles team are an absolute shambles and an embarrassment. Come on, are you really going to fall for IRF's goading? In one post you blame the Coach then the team. You reflect on the two benches, one about to win the league, the other a team decimated with injuries and lack of confidence. Is that fair? You cannot lay the blame for this on the Coach. You cannot steer a rudderless ship. We have only be played one game as an Eagles team (v Lions). Sadly that could not be replicated. On paper a very strong team, on court less so. Recruitment is not the fault of the Coach. He may have input but not the final decision. The majority of missed shots tonight were missed short. That is not the Coach's fault, it is lack of confidence and fatigue. IRF for all of his gentle jibbing knows the wheels can fall off Riders juggernaut in one season. As with Eagles, that crash will not be pretty.

I totally agree Mac What this needs is a solid 3 to 5 year plan and some consistency and loyalty Keep the coach Sign them all Especially Williams and Defoe And build on what you have Rome wasn't built in a day You need time and patience

Don't want to gloat about the weakness of Eagles. Would prefer them to be much better than they are atm - but not good enough to challenge Riders!

Very one sided so far. Feels strange watching a BBL game in the sun of LA :-) Same here felt strange watching the first half in The Paris hotel and Casino and the second half in The MGM Grand hotel and casino in sunny Vegas….. You can sum the game up in just three words…….Men Vs Boys

Horribly few positives to take from that Eagles performance, but here’s one - when was the last time Riders let in 31 points in a quarter as Q2 tonight ?

INF will soon be needing surgery to get that very large tongue out of his cheek…. The more I gloat The sweeter it will be for some eagles fans on here next time you beat us But right now I need to milk this situation for all I can Now now, theirs praising your team whilst pointing out everything wrong with us and then theirs rubbing it in. No Eagles fans as well as other fans are disagreeing that the Riders are great and that we're a bit of a shambles. And you have more then proved your point on this. But even with rival organisations and fans there is such a thing showing respect.

I watched the game again this morning. Last night I didn't realise Sky were televising the game so saw the game via BBL Player on my tablet. Decided I wanted to see it on the big screen and listen to Routledge's commentary. Changed my verdict on Riders' standard of play - we WERE that good. The whole game was amazing. We were ruthless and effortlessly creative. Loved it. Already wondering as the regular season draws to a close how many players will agree to return next autumn. Would hate to lose some of our key individuals.

We are really playing well right now Great stat from Dan Routledge twitter Riders are averaging 19.7 pt win margins this season The only time this has been bettered was Kingston back in 1991/92! Can anyone remember that team?

Would hate to lose some of our key individuals. I only realised the other morning before work when I flicked on Sky Sports News and saw Eagles vs Riders advertised by Sky and I thought "really"? And again I seriously criticise whoever decided to change the scheduling to this especially when Bristol vs London was much tighter and competitive match at 55-55 at the end of the 3rd. We understand Eagles vs Riders is supposed to be one of the major rivalries of the league. And other seasons when we know the game could go either way the winning team would win by no more then 2-5 points Then the decision would have made sense especially if both teams were fighting to the Trophy or positioning. The fact that every Eagles fan knew it was going to be a slaughter before the ball was tipped shows how far fan moral has fallen this season. We're supposed to be on Sky after the Nix next week but after last night I would seriously re consider if I was in charge of Sky TV scheduling. The only remaining game of ours I would show is Eagles vs Rocks and that's purely because it could be that game which decides which team steals that last playoff spot. Although having said that by the time that comes it may also be to late for us.

I feel like all you'd need would be an upgrade on Adekoya in the stretch 4 role when Loving is sitting.

Adekoya is seriously good, you perhaps didn't see him at his best last night, I suspect that a change to any of our roster would likely be a downgrade.

I'm calling Europe next year for Leicester with geno signing a 2 year deal
