Leicester vs Bristol should be a cracker on sky. Could go either way and I'd be backing Leicester but wouldn't count Bristol out especially since their the team that stopped them from sweeping this year. Should hopefully be a good one. As for the other 2 games I'd say it depends which teams turn up. Obviously Eagles and Lions will be looking to shake the hangovers and critics from their last games. Sheffield are a team who have been better then us this year and haven't lost yet to us although last time we did well against them despite the short bench. Hopefully with Sayers and Gordon we might be better and Sheffield have an off night. And for London and Glasgow I wonder what reception the London fans will give the Lions when they take the court. If I were London and wanting to mean business I would be out to destroy the Rocks to send a statement. I'm going to predict London, Eagles and Riders for the win. One out of three ain't bad, as Meat Loaf sang - Oh, wait...

Eek - Lions and Eagles now just about the worst teams in the league. Who’d have thunk it? They are so bad I dont even have to belittle them anymore!

That group of players are serving up absolute garbage. A playoff match up with any of the top four will be embarrassing. Normally I'd look forward to having four home games on the bounce every Friday but I'll going there out of duty more than anything else.

Until Q4 the Lions/Rocks game was competitive. But even that’s not a positive statement from a Lions perspective, they should have dominated. But then Q4 happened… 35 points to 15 points in favour of Rocks! I have no words.

Peel, Johnson, Ratinho, Fletcher, Person Jr, Gordon, Defoe (for limited minutes) makes for a decent line-up in anyone's book, surely? So...why can't they put together decent performances for 40minutes?

Objective question. How much of an impact has Vince leaving had on performance? I don't remember performance being so variable in the early part of the season?

So...why can't they put together decent performances for 40minutes? For me it's a character thing, which is something more evident when watching in person rather than on Sky. With the exception of Defoe, Fletch and Gordon the rest of the team seem pretty comfortable with losing. For example if Wes Person has got his 20+ points in a loss, he's posting those stats on his social media. That's embarrassing in my opinion, there's a time and a place for that. Not an hour after the game. It's a bad mix of players regardless of talent and I hope lessons have been learned for next season. I can only guess at what the budget is compared to the rest of the league, but a lot of money has been wasted this season.

Objective question. How much of an impact has Vince leaving had on performance? I don't remember performance being so variable in the early part of the season? After a positive start to the season it’s undeniable that things were going downhill whilst Vince was still coach, but his exit has made a bad situation worse. They now seem to have lost the little direction they had.

Never in doubt 3 More wins and the Championship is ours……. Definitely in doubt! Crandall was not making the effort he should as our court general. Something not right with his attitude atm. I suspect the Razorbacks beating the Zags on Thursday night, might have some bearing on Geno's performance on Friday, hopefully he'll have come to terms with it before tonight's game at Surrey.

I was at the Eagles Ladies match to help them break the record so just caught up on the Sky game now.
Sounds like the Lions game was a complete disaster and like a club that has lost its way. At least on their twitter it looked like they are trying to now connect with the fans late in the day but taking a dig at the other team and then losing makes them look foolish. According to Dan on sky they were ahead by 19 at one point and managed to bottle it.
That win for Glasgow now unfortunately puts my Eagles in trouble and only 2 points off knocking us out the playoffs. I was going to watch the Sharks game but accidentally stumbled on the result. Will probably skip that one on player since it seems like I didn't miss much. We've talked enough about how bad the Eagles have been this season. Although I imagine Eagles will most likely keep Ian mainly due to his previous Trophy wins. If they don't make the playoffs then I wonder if that could spell danger for his position.
As for Flyers vs Riders what a game for Sky Sports! first time I think I have seen Leicester (metaphorically) sweat in a match up and felt Bristol got really unlucky. They certainly put Leicester under pressure and got some impressive powerhouse plays on the Riders. If they had Evans in the game and Edwards hadn't gone down with cramp that game could have ended differently.
Although Leicester are good I certainly would say Bristol are there bogey team. Reminded me of Eagles vs Worcester back afew seasons ago when Worcester was usually the team that would knock us out the Trophy and push us around physically. After that game I can't imagine many Riders fans wanting Bristol in the Playoffs.
