Last test run for the Lions ahead of their big trophy final game whilst for Manchester they'll be looking to extend their winning streak to 3 no doubt.
If they do pull it of then going into the post season saying you topped Eagles, Riders and Lions one after the other would give them something to shout about on the momentum train.

Not looking good at half time! What happened to the huge squad lions had to only take 6 players to a game?

Not looking good at half time! What happened to the huge squad lions had to only take 6 players to a game? I seen the score as well and I am surprised as they are missing the likes of Neighbour and Reese? Unless they are injured or resting those players for the final and accepting the Riders are going to win the Championship anyway it doesn't make sense. Again it will be one hell of a comeback though for Giants to say they beat Eagles, Rider and Lions consecutively!

Reece has a hamstring injury, Ward-Hibbert has a broken hand, and Will Neighbour has a leg injury.

Giants destroyed Lions. Great 3 point shooting and defence. They have wonderful team spirit. Lions palpably do not. No way they should have lost THAT badly but they showed no fight or desire to win as a team. Their roster should be doing better, despite their injury list.

Washburn has left as well. No trace of him being a London lion from his Instagram as well.

Are Giants better without Dan Clark? Or is it just a coincidence

Ouch! At the start of the season this London team seemed like it was going to even unstoppable and built with all the strength of a castle. Now it looks like the castle built was made of glass after this defeat!
The Cheshire team and fans must be feeling really confident they could take apart this fractured team unless they can find a way of glueing together again by Sunday.
Suppose regardless of what 777 spent last summer clearly one thing the money didn't buy was happiness clearly!

Given the injury issues I think you could forgive a Lions defeat here... but not by this margin. Indefensible. I know Cheshire are now a significant man down, but all of a sudden I don't think Sunday's Trophy final is going to be as straight forward as most thought it would be a week or so ago.

Are Giants better without Dan Clark? Or is it just a coincidence coincidence Mcknight return is the current spur of form - and add Clark back when injury clears, expect to see the form that back in the autumn lead some to ask if they were contenders. I dont think many would fancy a full strength Giants as there play-off rnd 1 opponent
