Tough one to predict but Nix have started the season where they usually are in the Trophy competition, unbeaten. Following on from the excellent idea of actually having commentators who could see what was happening, we've got the Venerable Dan at the EPSV on Sunday.

Riders have had a chance to bed in their latest American player since playing Flyers so they could be stronger against Lions.

Gladiators to win easily. Feel for the Manchester fans atm. 9 days into the Trophy tournament and Manchester could be 0-4 and out of it already.

Thought the streaming by DAZN was pretty good but did anyone else have the shot clock running 3-4 seconds ahead of the play?

How good are Thompson & Hunter? Great game by both. Exciting to watch and so effective. Don't think Lions will be so weak in the future.

Oooh. Closer than it needed to be but great close out by the Sharks. Big improvement on the last 2 games offensively.

Not often do you score a ton and still lose. Nixon on fire tonight, Groves pretty good back ing him up Great intensity from the Sharks D throughout the game too.
Nix look a little lost at times Not rating Holden as a starting PG. he just doesn’t look dangerous bringing it out. Clemons look like he has potential but looking at the bench as to figure out what to do too much. Atwood starting to do things and looks good all over the court, didn’t get many minutes in the fourth tho strangely.. Skylers radar is out a little to.
Few things to work on before Newcastle next week.
Scored 100, but lost by 2 with Sharks hanging on. Nail biting game but feels like a game we should have won, against a very good Sharks.

Looks like it was an exciting Sunday of games. Firstly credit to Manchester for running the Gladiators as close as they did. Whilst I know their are some worries about Manchester I hope they are able to keep going and get some wins.
The Sharks I'm glad beat the Nix as it means we are the only unbeaten team in the North group which looks good for us going further in the Trophy. A 39pts performance from Prentiss Nixon certainly stands up when I looked at the stats.
As for London and Leicester, are any Lions fans asking for their money back yet? I know it's early in the season but if they keep this up I imagine their could be reshuffle of personell before the start of the championship. They still have their NBA G League coach so I'm suprised their getting blown out. Looking at the stats where was Ovie today?

Lions' coach is too good to allow that team to make so many mistakes, e.g. turnovers. He has a lot of new players to gel into a team but I'm confident they will quickly adjust to SBL competition and become an effective force.

Great to see Matthew Goodwin getting the court time and the responsibility.
