Funnily enough, Mike Tuck was the guy that Riders fans loved to boo, although I suspect they secretly liked and admired him. The first time it happened he looked utterly bewildered but I believe he grew to enjoy playing the pantomime villain. He deserved a testimonial. Good guy who did a lot for Sharks but also basketball in general in the UK.

I agree with that. He got booed a lot at worcester and he just smiled through it all.

I remember going to Sharks away on the riders team bus
After the game the players were talking about Tuck on the bus
They hated playing against him
One of them said something like:
"How can someone who is such a dickhead on the court be such a nice guy off the court"
I think that's a great compliment myself
