I'm glad we've finally got electronic season tickets. Not if your electronic tickets disappears suddenly, as mine did. Club went old school and issued me a plastic card. |

I don’t know if Eagles is anymore secure but the riders ones are simply a static QR code which doesn’t change so it’s always worth taking a screen shot in case of signal issues or them disappearing from the app. |

Yeah the problem with apps particularly with the older generation is they might not feel comfortable using technology.
I imagine for some people being told that their doing away with paper or handheld ticketing might frustrate a few people.
And it makes me wonder for any fans who aren't very technical or have access to mobile or electronics how are they going to cope?
Plus as someone has already pointed the WiFi in the arena especially when it's full it shockingly poor.
I swear it sometimes affects the food and beverage kiosks it can be that bad.
I'm now wondering if on match night one vs the Sharks if we're going to see alot of problems and delays cause of this?

I still received a hard season ticket and parking season ticket, so much for sustainability and saves on postage
