Although at the same time whilst it's great for Sheffield it also makes me feel for Manchester and Plymouth who have been needing buyers for a long time and getting next to no interest. The other things that stands out with the article is the ambition for Sharks to play in Europe and the fact these people have jumped on despite their still being no official league in place yet. If their willing to jump in despite their not even being a BBL then I suppose we should look at it as a positive in a sense of it means the surviving teams most likely have a plan of action ready or in the works in order to bring back British basketball.

Looks like a great opportunity to use the Sharks and Canon Medical Centre to leverage live entertainment maybe following the Eagles and Riders template. Good move, well done.

I wonder what this means for Atiba if the Sharks suddenly start doing bad? Does he still own part of the club or has this investor took over everything?
