Whos the league MVP?
I've previously said Geno without question then Hassan and Williams turned Patriots right round

Where do Patriots realistically have to finish in order for either of them to be in contention?
Just saying because I know a lot of people believe, rightly or wrongly, that the MVP had to come from the best team

There are other contenders who'd easily outscore Hassan/Williams from the coaches imo.

Dirk is probably putting up the best stats imo, Geno is the best player on the runaway best team, and is probably the most talented in the league, but his stats aren’t as crazy as they might be
But just looking at the league table I think it’s going to be very difficult to give it to anyone except from Geno

Both of the Patriots imports are out as haven't played full season.
If you were going on stats you'd have to look at Dirk Williams or Fletch, but both of their teams have been underperforming.
So then you go for best player on the best team, so only choice Geno.

The league was only a few games old at the time right ?

Geno has missed one game, Hassan 6 and Williams has not played 8 games Obviously Patriots have played a lot more of their games so who knows how it will be at the end of the season but I would say that is quite a big amount of games to make up

I'm not disagreeing you with, just in general what's your limit? I personally think 70-80% of games really should be enough. Same for statistical awards too. Last year the leading rebounder of the league had left the club

I've previously said Geno without question then Hassan and Williams turned Patriots right round Hassan and Williams gave Eagles a lesson on Friday, only watched them the once though. Their overall numbers are impressive but would need to maintain that to the end of the season. Then who knows?

I'm not going to argue against the award going to Crandall BUT Tyrik Armstrong is giving him a run for his money.

Nag sully was after Smith wasn't he? Drew last won it with Riders in 2013 Not sure about when Charles Smith won it? Without doubt Drew should have won MVP in 2015/2016 His return to Riders that season was instrumental in Riders winning the league and putting a halt to Eagles dominance at the time He really played for the team that season and embodied the work and team ethic at Riders I always remember at the Riders end of season awards that year him making an emotional speech where he said he was disappointed not to win MVP not for himself but because he wanted to send a message out to the rest of BBL that always putting the team ahead of personal stats will be rewarded and is highly valued There was no doubt that season that Drew was the difference between us being challengers and being winners of the league Everyone at Riders recognised it But the BBL chose to make Fletch MVP that season I seem to think?

Late to the party but if I'm going to be honest as much as it pains me to say I'd have to give it to Geno or a number of Riders players.
When he steps on court he shows exactly why he's called the general and does what he wants. Although Larry Austin I think is a dangerous player and I liked Will Neighbours game from London this year. Not to mention Tyrik of Manchester does well to carry his team.
But let's be honest looking at the record in the league and how dominant they have been I'd be surprised if it isn't Geno or another Leicester player.

He possibly would've his year in Newcastle but covid, he didn't do full season in Cheshire did he? I don't recall him winning the league mvp
