Who are the unsung hero's from each team, the ones not winning the MVP's barely get a mention but probably deserve more credit?

Josh Ward-Hibbert has been that for Eagles this season. His cleverness and intensity on defence even on the days his shot isn't dropping so it's not reflected on the stats has been such a difference maker.

Great topic. I was only thinking about this myself with the announcement of the Allstar teams. I’ll list one from each team below:
Bristol - Kedrian Johnson Cheshire - Cam Christon Caledonia - Onwas Manchester - Stampley Plymouth - Wiley Leicester - Idowu Newcastle - Darius Defoe Sheffield - Eytle-Rock Surrey - Quinn Cooper London- Connor Morgan
Conor Morgan stands out for me though. He has been exceptional this season.

He is the kind of player who's game isn't reflected in the stats. However I'm not sure he's unsung. I often hear people singing his praises; coaches, commentators and people who comment on here. I'm glad his effort doesn't go unnoticed.

He has been exceptional this season. Will add another one for Phoenix in Cam Holden. He doesn't get the stats or necessarily the steals that you would usual judge a defensive guard by. However on a few occasions this season he has managed to shut players down. Most notably his introduction in the first home game against the Riders turned the game as he shut down Kimbal McKenzie. Also in the trophy finals, Teddy Allen is still probably having nightmares about him in the first half. Not sure how much of that you see on TV but his man marking effort is spot on. Agree with Christon, he could probably be starting on a few of quite a few BBL teams, even though his form has dropped a bit in recent games (there is probably a few more at Phoenix to, Ulph, Stevens......) Defoe, narly old warrior, not in the highlights but immense player for the Eagles

Is there a way to measure the performance of a defensive guard or a centre who's main job is to set screens?
