Menzies was in Beast mode last night, The Legend was definitely not one of the giants,
It was all round team performance with every player playing their part….and playing it very well,
Must agree with IRF about Kimbal he’s has been superb since our PG issues started.
Giants played well for a part of the second quarter, but that was it,
Really the only energy that came from Giants was from Vince, He’s worth the admission fee alone just to watch his antics 🤣
I do feel sorry for Vince and Nigel, they obviously went on holiday together and are still waiting for their lost luggage to arrive,
Someone at Giants please buy these pair some shoes to go with the cheep suits, Suits and white sneakers are a crime.
Nice to see Victor, Milo and Ben get some minutes too at the end.

Interesting point about Kimbal, wouldn't agree he's the most improved, hes just had to change his role. Leicester are good at that though, recruit well versatile players. Kudos yo Rob

Shout out to Kyle Carey for his career high 33 points last night. Another heartbreaking loss for Scorchers.
Also of note, there was a quite amusing Twitter debate last night between Drew Lasker and Josh Bett, each quite earnestly trying to argue that their team is worse than the other’s …

Eagles were in a position to win at Bristol after 3 but turnovers cost them huge and they couldn’t recover, another missed opportunity Defoe -19 and French +15. A shame but he really looked his age last night going up against Delpeche and Smith. Kennedy awful again, Denz not much better and a stinker of a night for Cohn. |

Defoe did everything he was meant to do. The units he played with contained Ubiaro and Kennedy who weren’t able to tread water. Not his fault that ubiaro decides to switch on a screen leaving watson gayle.
Eagles starting 5 is pretty solid. Even Cohn had 9 assists and 3 steals on an awful shooting night. If you plugged defoe in for french i don’t think much would change. And he didn’t look that old to me taking lesley smith off the dribble for the and one!
