What a game, loved it! Full respect to Bristol, for 7 of the 8 quarters this semi-final could have gone either way. I can’t wait for my day at the O2 next Sunday now… both Sevenoaks Suns in the WBBL final and London Lions in the BBL final… I couldn’t have asked for anything more.  |

Getting Ward-Hibbert back is a big plus for Lions but Dirk back to form is a massive addition. He was great. Reese, Kelley and Washburn on song too.

Anyone else notice that the Lions so called interim head coach isn't actually coaching them?
He's stood there listening to someone else coaching them all game?
Yet he still did the post match interview as though he was the coach?
Weird stuff?

Youngblood now in charge? No It was a white guy with dark hair The official interim head coach was just stood there listening in whilst another guy did all the talking/coaching in the timeouts? |

Yet he still did the post match interview as though he was the coach? Weird stuff? Yep... been happening for a while. Anyone know who he is? Did he have an accent? I've heard rumours he's the guy Lions wanted to replace Vince, but they couldn't get a work visa sorted in time. So, allegedly, he's the new head coach by stealth. But officially he's not allowed to be, officially he's just an unpaid assistant until the visa is sorted. As I say, not sure how much of that is actually true though, it's all speculation. |

Livestats only listed Lawry, Youngblood and Greenaway as the coaching team, so are Lions allowed to bring someone else in to coach the team?

Watched this game today on catch up and then the Rocks@Riders match and great game I will say.
Looks like London have finally turned it on and look hungry again and what I will say great atmosphere as well by the London fans.
Maybe 777 and this team are finally turning things around.
Hopefully this weekend they will capitalise on this and actually turn up to this final this time.
Leicester without a doubt will still be a dominant force but we saw what happened in last year's playoff final when the underdogs won.
Hopefully this will be a great game all round to showcase!
