What's the earliest the League has been won by in the past?

A question for Dan Routlege I would suggest.
I think Riders are sure of a play off place.

Can’t remember a team dominating the league this much before?

What's the earliest the League has been won by in the past? I’ve not done the maths, but I’m guessing Lions games in hand will delay Riders officially being league champions longer than it probably normally would have so I’m doubting any record being broken this season.

Well according to Dan the League has been won as early as Feb in the past but that's when the season was only due to run til March
He said the biggest margin at the top of the League before at end of season has been 10 points
(Twice by Riders and once by Eagles and Kingston)
The thing is normally once Riders secure a League title they start resting all the senior players to avoid injuries for playoffs
That could happen with lots of games spare this season. At which stage we could lose games we might have won otherwise
It seems unusual not to have at least one other team competing more closely at the top

Thanks milehigh. But shouldn't Rocks be 6-12 after beating Plymouth? I'm sure you're right m8. Also, why do all teams play 28 games, it should be 27, 9 teams played 3 games each, so Played + Remaining should equal 27.
